Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if necessary.

Payments

Full payment or required deposit must be received before an order is confirmed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Custom Orders

Custom cakes, desserts, and specialty items are made based on the details approved by the customer. Minor variations in decoration, color, or design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

Pickups & Deliveries

Customers are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled pickups. For deliveries, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time and location.

Delivery Damage

If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately with photos. We will review the issue and remake the item when applicable.

Cancellations

All cancellations are final. No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.

Order Errors

If an error is made by D’Licious Bakery, customers must notify us promptly. Approved claims will be resolved through store credit.

Allergies & Ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before ordering.

Limitation of Liability

D’Licious Bakery is not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling, storage, transport by the customer, or consumption after pickup/delivery.
