Delivery Damage

If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order and provide photos of the damaged item. We will gladly remake the item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

All cancellations are final. Once an order has been placed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

If there is an error with your order caused by us, please notify us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide store credit for the value of the affected item.
