Delivery Area
D’Licious Bakery currently offers local delivery within Puerto Rico only. We do not offer domestic or international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are prepared fresh and made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the item, quantity, and customization requested.
Delivery Availability
Delivery service is available to selected areas in Puerto Rico based on location and schedule availability. Delivery fees may apply and will be confirmed before order completion.
Delivery Scheduling
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including address, contact number, and requested delivery time. While we do our best to meet requested times, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Recipient Availability
Someone must be available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time. If no one is available, additional delivery fees or rescheduling charges may apply.
Delivery Damage
If an order is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately upon receipt and provide photos of the item. We will review the issue and remake the damaged item when applicable.
Incorrect Address Information
D’Licious Bakery is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Pickup Orders
Customers selecting pickup are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed date and time.

In cases of severe weather or emergencies, delivery times may be adjusted for safety. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.
